How safe is ordering from Lucyd Dreams?

The Lucyd Dreams Cyberstore is very secure, we guarantee it!

Not a single one of our customers has reported problems with their credit card, and there have never been any privacy issues with sensitive data.

We want you to feel completely comfortable when shopping on the Internet and can guarantee that your data will be treated confidentially and securely.

Before any information (address, credit card details...) is transmitted to us, it is encrypted by a secure server so that no one but your contact person and the webmaster can see it

How does the shopping cart work?

With the shopping cart you can easily shop at Lucyd Dreams. You can explore the entire Lucyd Dreams Collection and add the products you want to order to your shopping cart.

Once you have added an item to your shopping cart, you will see the contents of your shopping cart on every page in our Cyberstore at the top of the right navigation bar. You can change the quantity or remove items from your shopping cart at any time.

When you are finished shopping online, simply go to the checkout. If you see an error message at this point, it indicates that secure transmissions (HTTPS) are not allowed on your corporate network or that the security settings on your computer might be incorrect. You can also use the default server (HTTP). However, do not enter credit card information because it will be transmitted over the Internet without encryption.

On the checkout page you can enter your address and payment method as well as additional information such as the delivery address, comments, vouchers, etc. If you are registered in our customer center, you can use your login so that you don't have to re-enter all your personal information. If you have chosen a permanent login, this is done automatically.
After sending the order data you should receive an order confirmation within a few hours. The reason for this delay is that all orders are manually checked by our team to ensure that the products and accessories ordered are compatible and that no products are out of stock.

If you want to use the prepayment as payment method, please wait for our order confirmation email before you transfer the money. The email will contain all bank details and reference information of your order so that everything can be processed as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

A few minutes after the goods have left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail and/or a text message informing you that your order has been dispatched.

Enter your 12-digit German (DHL) package number starting from -166. You can find this number in your customer login center or in the shipping confirmation. In some European countries a matchcode may be issued

Please note that your tracking number will not be displayed until about 24 hours after the shipment.

I do not live in the EU. What now?

For deliveries from Germany to countries outside the European Union, customs or import duties are to be paid upon arrival of the shipment in the country of destination.

This exceeds the normal import duties. Fees for customs clearance (and its handling, e.g. by a forwarding agent) are to be borne by the customer. We have no influence on these fees and cannot predict the amount. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country.

If you would like more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that as an importer you must comply with the regulations of the respective country.

How can I order from you?

There are several ways you can pay for your Internet order:

Credit card:
During the payment process you can choose the type of credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard and Diners) and we will charge your credit card with the appropriate amount at the time of shipment.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept Maestro, Switch or Laser cards. We also cannot accept cards that are not registered in the EU.

When paying by credit card, please always use our secure server, which transmits encrypted data.

Please note that we can only trade and calculate in Euro and our invoices reflect the exchange rate of the day on www.oanda.com. Your credit card company may charge you a different exchange rate, and sometimes UK banks charge a small commission for converting pounds into euros.

If in doubt, please check with your credit card company or bank.

If your order is large and this is your first order with us, we may request proof of card details for your and our safety!

PayPal:
PayPal is now available as a payment method in the Lucyd Dreams Cyberstore. It is fast, easy and secure! If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one at www.paypal.com. The process is very simple!

Enter your PayPal login and password when you are ready to complete your order and confirm the total amount. As with credit card payments, your PayPal account will be charged shortly before your order is shipped. For privacy reasons, online payment is only possible via PayPal.

If the total amount of your order exceeds the amount displayed online when you place your order (due to additional shipping costs or higher VAT rates in your delivery destination), it is possible to make an additional payment with PayPal. For more information on this, please contact the Lucyd Dreams staff when you send us your order confirmation by email.

Bank transfer:
You can make a SEPA bank transfer directly from your account-holding bank. You will ask for our IBAN and our Swift / BIC code. You will find all this information on this website and we will also give you this information in your order confirmation.

Some banks charge a fee for transferring funds to us here in Germany. Please check this beforehand.

An international bank transfer usually takes 2 to 4 working days. As soon as the transfer is received, you will receive a notification from your bank.

How long is the shipping time?

This depends heavily on the products, but 80% of our orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.

The display of product availability on our product pages and in many product lists is an important indication. If items are available and in stock, we can usually ship them immediately. All other delivery times are confirmed by our suppliers. If the delivery status shows "2-3 days", the product should arrive in our warehouse within 2 days -3 days.

In very few cases we are disappointed by our suppliers and therefore cannot meet the specified deadline. We understand that this can be frustrating, but we select the availability information we publish carefully and make every effort to always display the correct dates.
